Voucher Information
SupportSeattleBiz Vouchers are void after purchase if photocopied, scanned, or altered in any way. Unless required by law, Vouchers are non-transferable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable and will not be replaced if loss or stolen. They are exclusive and may not be combined with other programs, other discounts or Merchant specials. Their value does not include tax or gratuity. At times, depending on the Merchant, Voucher may not be redeemed for use on major holidays.
Refund Policy

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

All claims, legal proceedings, arbitration or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in King County, Washington and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue for arbitration and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. In the case of federal claims, these Terms and any action related thereto will be will be governed by the laws of the United States of America (without reference to conflict of laws) and, in the absence of federal law and to the extent permitted under federal law, the laws of the state of Washington (excluding choice of law).
Arbitration
In the event a dispute shall arise between you and SupportSeattleBiz, you agree that the dispute shall be referred to a Washington Arbitration & Mediation Service or alternate service by agreement of the parties, and shall be governed by the rules of arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and legally binding and judgment may be entered thereon. Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees in accordance with the applicable rules of arbitration. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with the arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
Termination/Access Restriction/Perpetuity Rights
