Each week we’ll feature a new deal which will last anywhere from 24 hours to one week and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Q: When will Supportseattlebiz be coming to my city?
A: We’re constantly looking at new cities to expand to. Just sign up on our site at www.supportseattlebiz.com and enter your city. If you know of great businesses in other cities within the Puget Sound Area please send us the name of the business and city where they are located and we will keep them in mind for future deals.

Q: There’s a favorite business of mine that I would love to see featured. How can I suggest it?
A: Please email us at info@supportseattlebiz.com and let us know the business you would love to see featured; we will try our best to negotiate an unbeatable deal. You can also go to our website and click on the “Contact Us” link.

Q: I like the deal of the day, how do I get it?
A: Click on the “Buy Now” button inside the deal of the day to get it before the deal is over. If enough buyers get in on the deal then we charge your card and send you a link where you can print your deal voucher to redeem. If there aren’t enough buyers, we don’t charge your card and no one gets the deal. As always spread the word about the great deal you found so more people join!

Q: Is my payment information safe with you?
A: Absolutely! All information is sent encrypted via SSL to our payment gateway. No information is ever stored on our own servers.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. We’re confident that you’re getting a great deal and we know that you will be happy with your deal voucher.

Q: Can I buy more than one deal voucher?
A: Yes! You can buy as many as you want. However, merchant rules may not allow you to use more than one at a time, and some merchants may have a restriction on the total number of vouchers you may buy.

Q: What if I don’t use my deal voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
A: No. Unless otherwise noted in the rules of the deal, there is no cash back or store credit allowed.

Q: Can I purchase a deal voucher as a gift?

Q: I just bought a deal voucher. How do I use it?
A: After we charge your card, we will send you an email with a link to print out your deal voucher. You can now redeem this deal voucher at the participating merchant. All applicable information and instructions are on the deal voucher.

Q: What happens if my deal voucher expires?
A: The promotional value on your deal voucher will be lost but the amount you originally paid can still be redeemed for the length of time Gift Certificate laws legally allow in your state.
